business day with a price quote. This is a price quote only. You
will not be obligated to purchase anything.
Prices are calculated on the following: Item Price, Embroidery
Price, Quantity, Digitizing Fee, Stock Designs, Shipping, and
Tax.
Item Price - Click on Catalog for the price on a large selection
of shirts, caps, outerwear, bags and much more. If you do not
see the items you are searching for then tell us what items you
want and we may be able to find them. The price listed is for
the blank item before embroidery is added.
Embroidery Price - Price to sew the item will vary depending
on the quantity of items and the number of stitches.
Screen Printing - Price will vary according to number of colors
and placement. Be sure to advise us where the design will be placed
and the colors.
Digitizing - This is the fee to redraw your design into stitches.
Digitizing requires skill, knowledge, time, talent, and good technology.
Fees generally start at $100. Keep in mind that y ou may not have
a digitizing fee if you use a stock design and/or words from our
selection of fonts.
Stock Designs - Designs which have been digitized and for sale
at a reduced price. Click on Stock Design to see a large selection.

Logos - Due to copyright and trademark laws we can not reproduce
any logos or designs without proper authorization. ValMarq Embroidery
will require written authorization before any apparel will be
decorated with your logo. Please keep in mind that we can not
use unauthorized registered logos such as major league teams,
universities, registered cartoon characters, specific car and
motorcycle models.
Shipping - UPS Ground shipping charges will apply unless otherwise
requested.
Tax - Arizona residents are required to pay 8.1% sales tax.
Artwork - We can accept most picture formats including .jpg,
.cdr, .tif, .bmp, .png. If your design is in vector that would
be preferred. If you do not have your artwork in digital form
you may fax or mail it to us. The clearer the image the better
we can reproduce your logo.
Embroidery sizes - Designs on hats can be no higher than 2.5
inches. Left chest designs are usually less than 3.5 inches accross.
We do not suggest using lettering less than .25 inch high. Often
times your design will look better if you omit the small details.
Thread color - We will try to match your logo colors the best
we can. Please specify any colors not shown in your design. You
will view a sample sew-out before we sew your actual order.
Approval - After deposit has been received we will sew out the
design and send it to you for approval. We will either email a
digital photo or mail the sample. You may also come to our office
to pick up your sample and view our selection of threads.
Payment - Deposit of 50% will be required. Digitizing and ordering
of merchandise will not begin until we receive deposit. Final
payment will be due with the completed order. Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, cash or check are accepted.
